Lazlow’s in-game persona has always added another level of parody. Though he’s only a voice on the radio dial, his character has made an indelible impact on GTA fans, and Rockstar itself acknowledged his importance to the series by making him one of the few elements from the PS2 trilogy of games that made it into GTA IV universe.
