And by tips, I don’t mean bland platitudes designed to get teachers off the hook like, “She must improve her punctuation and spelling”. No, genuinely helpful advice like: “She must use those detailed extra notes I have just given her on how to improve her paragraphing”. The former is from someone going through the motions; the latter, from a beak who means business.
