I'm a housewife http://planetsuzy.fun planetsuzy.org I've also got a managed property in Cape Town, which is rented as a holiday let for two thirds of the year and used by friends and family for the rest of the year. It just about breaks even and property prices have remained stable since I bought it. But if I can keep it that long, it could be a great part of my pension.
