On Friday, police officers discovered four men living in "deplorable conditions" in the purple-trimmed home. The men, who ranged in age from 54 to 80, were reportedly lured to the premise by promises of food and cigarettes. Instead, they were "given scraps" to eat and forced to stay in a room with one chair, no bed and a possibly malfunctioning air conditioner, police said. They didn't have access to a bathroom.
