Eduard Fridman, 36, leaves Manhattan Supreme Court after his arraignment Tuesday. Fridman, a lawyer, was charged with falsifying state documents in order to convert Brooklyn buildings into condominiums. He paid $100,000 in penalties and will forfeit his law license.
