This is one of the reasons it is at 10 million and it is the Only city in the US that could double in terms of water tomorrow. All this was planned with 10,0002s of acres of green space. So  I would say if you are in the New York watershed  Frack elsewhere for 20 years to get some data on what effect it has on groundwater.
