Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) last posted its quarterly earnings results on Wednesday, July 24th. The company reported $0.90 earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, missing the consensus estimate of $0.94 by $0.04. The company had revenue of $9.71 billion for the quarter, compared to the consensus estimate of $9.74 billion. During the same quarter in the previous year, the company posted $0.69 earnings per share. The companys revenue for the quarter was down .3% on a year-over-year basis. Analysts expect that Delta Air Lines will post $2.82 EPS for the current fiscal year.
